Community evidence you provide

You may voluntarily submit community evidence containing battle details, an evidence URL, game version and test date, and optional notes. Submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 as pending for manual review and are not approved or published automatically.

We do not request names, email addresses, usernames, or account IDs. Remove personal information from evidence links and notes, including details visible at the linked destination, before submitting.

Evidence abuse prevention

When evidence is submitted, the Function hashes the connection IP with a secret daily salt. This feature stores only the daily pseudonymous fingerprint and submission count, and does not store the raw IP in the evidence tables. Daily fingerprints are active for rate limiting only for their UTC day. Cleanup is attempted on later valid submissions for rows older than two UTC days. Dormant rows may remain longer but are not reused. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses separately.

Automatically processed information

Hosting, security, analytics, and advertising providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, operating system, requested page, referrer, timestamps, approximate location, and advertising impressions or clicks.

ShipSolo Analytics

We use ShipSolo Analytics for aggregate traffic trends. Its privacy-friendly analytics setup does not use analytics cookies for this site. This existing aggregate analytics integration remains in place separately from Microsoft Clarity.

Microsoft Clarity

On selected public content pages, we use Microsoft Clarity for session recordings, heatmaps, and interaction measurements such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation. Clarity may process IP address, approximate location, browser, device and operating-system details, page URLs, referrers, timestamps, interaction data, and cookies or similar session identifiers. Microsoft provides Clarity under its own privacy terms.

Clarity loads only over HTTPS on the production evomon.quest apex domain, on explicitly reviewed, published content routes at their exact canonical path without a query string or URL fragment. It does not load on Team Builder, Type Chart, Evidence, pages.dev or other preview hosts, localhost, unknown, or not-found pages. Homepage search, homepage and Codes code-copy modules, Wiki filters and results, and the interactive areas of Team Builder, Type Chart, and the evidence form are masked from recordings.

Cookies and similar technologies

ShipSolo Analytics is configured without analytics cookies. Microsoft Clarity and advertising providers may use cookies, similar identifiers, or browser storage. You can limit or delete cookies in browser settings or prevent Clarity from loading with browser privacy controls or a content blocker that blocks clarity.ms.

Advertising and Adsterra

Evomon Quest displays Adsterra advertising and may receive revenue from impressions or interactions. Adsterra and participating advertising partners may process technical data and use cookies and similar technologies for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, security, measurement, and reporting. Adsterra publishes its own Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy with further information about those practices.

External sites and advertisements

An advertisement may open an advertiser-controlled external website. Its content, transactions, security, terms, and privacy practices apply after you leave Evomon Quest. Displaying an ad is not an endorsement.

Children's Privacy

Evomon Quest is a general-audience fan guide and is not directed to children under 13. Children should not submit personal information in evidence links or notes, or give personal information to an advertiser or external destination without a parent or guardian.

Choices and contact

You can manage browser storage, use privacy or content-blocking tools, and avoid interacting with advertisements. For privacy or advertising questions, email support@evomon.quest.
